From Struggle to Stability: Unpacking the Causes, Effects, and Solutions to Global Poverty

Poverty is a serious issue that affects millions of people around the world. It refers to the lack of basic necessities such as food, shelter, and clothing. As Timothy and his gust Amna explained how poverty is a devastating phenomenon whose effects and causes are many and varied, such as lack of education and skills, limited access to resources and opportunities, discrimination, and various economic, social, and political factors. One key to solve this phenomenon is to Improve access to education and it’ll help by Increasing access to quality education, so this will help individuals acquire the skills they need to secure better job opportunities, leading to food security, adequate shelter and a stable mental state. Creating job opportunities is another crucial step in alleviating poverty. Governments and businesses can implement policies that promote economic growth and job creation, such as investing in infrastructure development, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises.
