In today's AOD, Andy thanked everyone for taking the Care Team Experience/Safety Culture Survey and providing feedback on ways MaineHealth can engage around a culture of safety and improve care team experiences.  More than 16,000 people participated in this year’s survey – more than ever before. Andy shared how feedback from last year’s survey was used to enhance wellness programs, recruitment and onboarding at MaineHealth.

Andy also spoke about the new Health and Care in Harmony campaign that launched this week, and how MaineHealth communications have engaged our communities to build trust during and after the pandemic, in support of our vision of working together so our communities are the healthiest in America.
