Why Did They Really Halt the Johnson & Johnson Vaccine?

So why did they really halt the J&J vaccine? We know it isn't about the handful of reports of blood clots.. While the other two Pfizer and Moderna use the mRNA "platform".. Why hasn't the CDC halted the other two companies with over 2,000 deaths occurring after receiving the two vaccines? Because that doesn't fit their narrative!
