Former Firefighter/EMT, retired 2017 after 21 years. Advocate for PTSD and Mental illness awareness, suicide prevention, and breaking the stigma since 2015. Author, currently working on first book about own life and experience with PTSD. First Responder Peer Support group member. Public speaker on the the subject of PTSD, mental illness, substance/alcohol abuse and suicide awareness. Currently working towards being certified as a Life Coach specifically aimed at the First Responder world.
