We mentioned that Mike Novak was in Chicago town last week, and this week we find out what he got up to on his visit with friends and our own Johnny Sisson. Yes, that means lots of talk about “real” pizza, some stuff they call pizza and sell to tourists, dipped sandwiches and why a McDonalds does a roaring trade in ketchup sachets.
