We must stop trying to control everything

A quick "Bonus" episode to remind you that you must stop trying to control everything.  Things will work out even when you don't always have your hand in the pot. Take everything easy & calm. All will be ok the way it must be. Sit & take time to write down & process why things had to happen the way they turned out.  Self talk is everything.
