The family owned real estate development company began back in 1947 and today own wide swaths of commercial property across the Des Moines Metro including roughly 40% of the commercial property in Windsor Heights where they are proudly headquartered.  We sat down with Theresa Greenfield the president of Colby Interests to discuss not only the history but also peek into the future of commercial development in the Metro.  Here is that conversation:
