Lies & Secrets Part 3 - Lies We Tell Ourselves

Most of us have been there before at some point in our life, whether it be saying you can't do something, or something very obvious to everyone else like, you're in over your head, they're all lies we tell ourselves. This week Seth and Crystal wanted to do an episode more about self reflection than relationships, or better yet, the relationship you have with yourself, we've told you what men and women lie about, now we want to dig in to why we lie to ourselves.
