Jesus is the Good Shepherd. What makes him so different as a shepherd? He leads in love, and models for us how we are are be shepherded and to shepherd others who depend on us for guidance and good example of God's love. This Good Shepherd abandons the 99 to seek out the lost one. He lays down his life for the sheep. As members of his flock, remember you are loved.
