Episode 103 - Ignite Your Purpose

Relationships Hows yours?

If we are talking "Love" relationships we all as humans need to re define what our definition of #LOVE is ....is it what we see in the #Hollywood #movies?

If so we may need to re think our vision, that's where we start today's talk with my ace John Barrett. If we don't know ourselves and we expect or think someone else is there to make us happy or provide certain things to us that we cannot do for yourself...well my take on that would be that we are setting ourselves up for failure and suffering!

So step one is to know ourselves! Know what we want (truly don't just give this lip service)... it is a huge thing, and a huge evolution process~

John speaks about his 5 pillars on what can make a relationship work...and that is another word we use a lot - it takes work! It also takes some balance and give and take, no matter what type of relationship we speak about; business, personal, love, work, family...it's all the same but different!

I also speak about that before I knew WTF I was doing in life...I just wanted everyone to like me, so I was never myself I was just what they wanted me to be so people liked me...don't do this, a major mistake and learning opportunity that I was privileged enough to learn.

From there we have the chance to really enjoy great relationships!
