RiskMap 2014: Colombia Outlook

2014 is shaping to be an interesting but highly complex year for Colombia, and for international investors looking at the country. With at least three major elections (legislative and presidential) and the continuing peace negotiations between the government the country’s biggest guerrilla group, the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), there is plenty potential for positive developments, but also for longer term political and security risk.
