EP. 27 Clear Policies and Why They Matter

No matter the industry, every organization needs policies and procedures to operate effectively and successfully. This is also the case for your MFR practice. Without adequate and well-developed policies and procedures, there are no rules. And without defined rules, people create their own. I find that oftentimes we have policies in place because we should, without any real consideration for why they are so important.
