For him, the IT industry was a great industry to be in, especially during the dot-com bust period. Though he never fulfilled his prediction of becoming a hacker, he loved every bit of the journey he had taken.
Kurt Sasso always had a passion for the entertainment industry. From a young age, he was fascinated by all entertainment from comics, film, and television and dreamed of one day being a part of it.
In 2008, Kurt created Two Geeks Talking, a podcast and then a show that gives a platform to talented and creative individuals in the entertainment industry. The show has been a great success and has become a staple for fans of comics, film, television and even musicians. Through his interviews, Kurt provides in-depth insights into the creative process as well as the introspective nature of what makes a person creative and passionate about their respective industry.
After working in the IT industry for 20 years, Kurt decided to follow his passion and returned to university to pursue a degree in Communications, Media, and Film and Visual Arts, which allowed him to gain a deeper understanding of the creative process behind different mediums.
Throughout his career, Kurt has interviewed many of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, including actors, writers, directors, producers, comic writers and artists. His ability to connect with his guests and get them to open up about their life and work has made Two Geeks Talking one of the more popular shows to date.
Kurt's love of interviewing talented and creative people has never waned in the 15 years since he started Two Geeks Talking. He continues to provide a platform for showcasing incredible talent, and his passion for the entertainment industry shines through in every episode of his show/podcast.
