The ”Wolverine 4D Rule” Action Item Explained - Avoiding Weaponization of the Endangered Species Act

The "4D Rule" is an critically important tool to protecting hunters, anglers and really all public land users from the weaponization of the Endangered Species Act.  Currently a regulatory process related to the ESA listing of the Wolverine seeks YOUR INPUT related to the inclusion of the 4D rule.  What's this mean?? Essentially - hunters and other public land users need the 4D rule in place, to maintain access to hunt, fish, trap and recreate in wolverine habitat. 

Without the 4D rule who could lose?  Hunters, anglers, trappers, over-snow vehicle and OHV users, forestry mgmt professionals and more.
