As educations I think we are trying to be nice and make everyone feel comfortable, but what happens when we have conflict. How do we face these moments? What I see is that most of us face this in a passive aggressive manner? We hold it in and then explode. So let’s explore some ways to make conflict something that leads to a positive feeling for ourselves and others.
