Emily Seebohm: Navigating an Eating Disorder as an Olympian

In this week’s episode Millie chats with the incredible Australian Olympic swimming star Emily Seebohm. Emily has achieved so many amazing accolades over the course of her career so far including being a 4 x Olympian, 5 x Olympic medalist and 5 x world champion. At the beginning of this year Emily bravely opened up to the world about her eating disorder battle and in this episode she delves deep into her journey for the first time.
