What does it mean to be happy?

Does Yah/God have a blueprint that we can use to obtain true happiness, for our families and our communities that will ensure us having a righteous and cohesive culture?🤔

Answer: Yah has a way to guarantee our happiness.
It's revealed in His word.🙄
