Episode # 1185 - TGIF And The Feast Of The Sacred Heart

TGIF everyone and The Feast Day of the Sacred Heart is today, with everyone being in good feelings today.  Also, much to discuss today too, with many Feast Days coming up as well.  However, since The Feast of the Sacred Heart is today, much is shared on it's importance and feelings from some.  Some things are from articles Father Anthony has read recently, regarding several members of the Church.  Some are celebrities who describe spirituality today, including Oprah Winfrey. Father Anthony continues this discussion further with talking about some of the women with the Church.  Since being the Feast of the Sacred Heart, the topic at the end of the show yesterday is brought up, how God and Jesus have a heart, as well as talking about how even though our hearts can be broken/mended/joyful/understanding/and others, the heart of God and Jesus is shared here.  One example is how Jesus was here and died for our sins.  This in turn, leads Father Anthony to talk about how the country is divided in terms of things and beliefs.  A major point Father Anthony brings up along these lines is the "bullying" we get with things like this, which in turn lead to suffering, wounded hearts or hearts of stone in people.
