I had a miscarriage, let’s talk about it

This conversation is different to my usual episodes, as you will have seen from the title, last week I very sadly had a miscarriage at seven weeks.
 
I want to give a trigger warning for this episode, I will be discussing miscarriage, pregnancy loss and fertility issues, if this feels too hard to listen to, I fully understand that.
 
I want to share this episode because for myself, navigating and dealing with this loss has been tough and listening to other women’s stories and the things they have gone through has been really healing.
 
I want to be raw and honest about my experience because not only is it healing for me to talk about it and be witnessed in this, but I also know for other women who have experienced this or struggle with fertility this can act as a warm comforting blanket for them reminding them that they are seen, heard and that they are going to be okay.
 
I am so deeply grateful for the love and support we have received at this time. If you are somebody who has experienced miscarriage or are going through something difficult, I want you to know that I love you, I see you and that it’s going to get better.
