In this first episode of the season, I reflect on the life and legacy of my dear friend Rachel Luna, who transitioned on August 4th. Through my grief, therapy, and spiritual processing, a powerful theme emerged: it’s time to redefine friendship.

Using a framework first introduced by my therapist and often taught to teenagers, I unpack what it means to clarify where people truly belong in our lives. I’m renaming the circles: The Core, The Crew, The Crowd, and The Cutoff—and we’re doing this work without guilt, without pretending, and without apology.

This episode is your permission slip to be radically honest about your relationships. Because your peace, your purpose, and your prosperity depend on it.
