Although, I addressed this in the introduction episode of Season 2. I wanted to provide additional clarification.

Under no circumstances will the Good Men Exist podcast (and all associated parties) be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs, or liabilities whatsoever resulting from or arising directly or indirectly from the consumption of said audio.

The views expressed directly or indirectly on the Good Men Exist podcast are it's own and are held solely by all necessary parties of the show. The Good Men Exist podcast uses fictitious situations, personas, or events where denoted in an effort to relay a proper point of view provided by the host.
