Prevailing Wage Enforcement in Illinois: What Workers Need to Know

We take prevailing wage enforcement very seriously in my office, and want to help workers on publicly funded construction projects who aren't being paid according to law. In this episode of the Mendoza Podcast, I sit down with Scott Dietz, IOC prevailing wage officer and Sean Stott, Director of Governmental Affairs at the Laborers' International Union-Midwest Region to discuss Illinois prevailing wage laws and to walk workers through filing a complaint if they are not receiving the correct wages.
