Game of Thrones [Part 2]

In this episode, we get into the ways in which Game of Thrones expanded the idea of TV like no other show before it. We discuss the sheer scope of the series–its astronomical budget, multinational shooting locations, and movie-like episode lengths. We also take a critical look at the way it treated female characters who were often both objectified but also powerful (Daenerys, Arya, Brienne, even Cersei!).
