Eli Tea is a modern tea café and specialty shop with a flagship store outside Detroit and a new location opening up in Chicago. 

I sat down with the founder at his under-construction and soon to be open location in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood. We spoke all about the business concept, its origin, and the exciting news that the locations are sober bars.
