The one commandment most Christians do not observe is keeping the Sabbath Holy.  Mainstream Christianity changed their day of worship to Sunday and don't even keep that day Holy, they might go to church but then watch football or work or pursue their own desires.  

Does the bible show Sabbath observance as still valid in the new testament?
