Preparing for Promotion

Are you ready for what's next? Better yet, are you prepared for what's next? Somewhere along the line, more emphasis has been put on the graduation rather than the growth, development, and preparation for what's to follow. Too many teens who have recently walked across the stage have not been properly prepared, nor do they have a plan. But, they had a graduation. The focus needs to be shifted back to promotion, where you did what was required, and you were preparing for what's next. You don't get promoted by doing less than. And unfortunately, today, you can have a graduation by doing less than. Lock In!
