I spoke to Sammy Hancock. Sammy is a Couponer, and a professional  one at that, cutting her bills by cutting out coupons. Sammy tells me about how she finds coupons and deals and gets her shopping for free.  Sammy is also a Vloger posting videos of her shopping trips in the supermarket to YouTube.
