Triggers aren’t necessarily a bad thing in fact they are a giant signpost from our higher self trying to get our attention! Triggers are our opportunity to better understand our emotional supercharged reactions. It’s up to us to have the wisdom to catch ourselves and focus upon the “WHY” of our reaction. When something someone does or says emotionally triggers a reaction from us, there is always a story behind the reaction. Pause and consider being your own detective and search from within. Who or what is triggering you? What is it in you that they are triggering? What part of you longs to be witnessed?
