Qantas’ Full Year Result 26 Aug 21: Qantas hopeful COVID turbulence could soon be over

National carrier, Qantas (QAN) reported a significant drop in its full year revenue, which tumbled 58% to $5.9 billion. This also pushed the airline to an underlying EBIT loss of $1.5 billion while it also recorded an underlying loss before tax of $1.8 billion from an underlying profit of $124 million a year before. QAN did manage a smaller statutory loss after tax which eased to $1.7 billion.
