Teresa Thompson is an Access Certified Facilitator and mom of 3 boys in British Columbia, Canada. She started using the Access Consciousness tools 7 years ago when she was struggling as a parent with anxiety and depression. She tried many other modalities and non seemed to have long lasting effects. The Access tools changed and continue to change the way she parents. One of the biggest gifts she has received is the knowing that she is not wrong, not as parent, not as a child, not as a person. She now uses these tools daily and incorporate them in to every area of her life.
