Professor Nasreen Rustomfram is the Chair of the Centre for Life Long Learning at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai India. We will share the ways in which we enhanced youth leadership and people skills and carried the program to more than a dozen colleges across India. The results were inspiring. We will share our learning. Everybody can work with these tools and templates to enhance their own leadership and people’s skills. Their personal level of education makes no difference. The conscious full spectrum approach can be applied to any field. Often, people engaged in Higher Education are not open to learning- and it is important to explore this space.
