I started learning about the subconscious mind for weight loss way before I used it properly. I spent years not applying it for long enough for it to have an affect. Or being skeptical of it which made me give up before I could really see it’s benefits.
Your subconscious mind controls a lot of what you do, just think sometimes you drive home and can’t remember the drive. How did you get home if consciously you were thinking of other things? Your subconscious mind took over because you have taken the same route enough times!
