Last Monday, everyone thought it had been turned down for a second time. Then on Sunday… a story was released to some reputable news outlets that the Court had decided to hear the case. If they were looking to bury the story by releasing it on Sunday, it appears to have worked because as of mid-Monday morning Eastern Time, it’s still off the radar.
