Donna Beisel, Director of Operations at the Troy University Rosa Parks Museum on the Montgomery Campus, talks with Carolyn Hutcheson of In Focus about the June 15th Juneteenth celebration commemorating the Emancipation Proclamation that ended slavery when Texas finally received word in 1865.  For almost a decade, the Troy University Rosa Parks Museum has celebrated Juneteenth with a block party and museum presentations.
