We couldn't get Brandon Heidt into the studio because every day of the week he's headed out to some area farmers market with his spices from Epic Eateries. So, we caught up with him on a Thursday afternoon as he was getting ready for the market in Valley Junction. (Forgive us for the quality of the audio, we're not sure what happened.)
