On the inaugural episode of 'ISOMATES', Pat is joined by some of his best mates as they catch up with each other whilst in isolation. On top of this we have committed to ramping up the mileage for a month starting from Friday 24/4. We will aim to individually run or ride 232km's to raise money for Beyond Blue and mental health awareness. Unfortunately it is reported that within a month 232 individuals take their own lives.

It is important that during these times even though we are isolated that we remain connected. We also have developed a community STRAVA group for the 'ISO232' challenge for those wanting to raise mental health awareness and join in on tackling the challenge.
