Everyone loves the idea of a new semi-secretive business in town.  BUT... as the owner, Rachel Smalling has realized that it is not always rainbows and sunshine.  From creating a boutique motel in rural Tennessee to opening a speakeasy in a micropolitan area, this lady likes to try new things even if they are kind of hard!
