The gift of giving.

God made us for connection.  When we disconnect from our most basic needs, depression is sure to follow.  We need each other as well as strong connection to our purpose, values and gifts.  Without these connections demons can find the foothold they need to bring on the yoke of bondage.  I will continue to discuss the findings in the book Lost Connections by Johann Hari.
