What is PTSD? | Victoria Buttery, PhD

Victoria Buttery, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice based in San Diego. She specializes in treating PTSD and trauma-related distress using evidence-based approaches, and integrating a client's faith into the healing process. She was previously a staff psychologist at VA San Diego Healthcare System, served as the facility's PTSD Director, and held a faculty appointment at UCSD. She has trained and supervised many psychology interns and residents, given talks locally and nationally, and helped clinics implement national guidelines and best practices for providing quality, evidence-based PTSD treatment.
