STORIES, stories, stories ...
Who doesn't love them?

"That never works for me".
"I am just not confident".
"No matter how much I make, I never have enough".

Those are just a few disempowering STORIES. We repeat those stories to ourselves on repeat, like a broken record.

It is like this rehearsed mantra on repeat, and repeat and repeat.

What we actually do is HYPNOTISE ourselves to what we DO NOT want.

Those stories become so ingrained in us that we don't notice when we say them.

But where do they come from?
Why do we keep repeating them?

Beliefs and stories are closely linked.

They feed each other. One can't live without the other.
