Getting Started Running a Leadership Office

In this episode, Lauren shares expertise from her experience getting a co-curricular leadership office started. While running the Office of Leadership Development at Temple University Lauren helped facilitate the execution of the office's mission and vision, scheduling workshops and conferences, handling financial tasks--including managing the budget--as well as recruiting students to participate in programming.
