Not Your Fault, But Is Your Responsibility With Brian Bogert

Do you have people in your life that will challenge you on what you say? Well, I have found a couple, but one of the most prominent people, who does that for me, is Brian Bogert. When I think of overcoming internal challenges I think back to all of the conversations I have had with Brian. Today we talked about our challenges and the stories that rose us up to the points that we are at today. The ups and downs, the good and the bad. The moments that lead us to find who we are and what we should do. As leaders, we both understand that we have a long way to go, but that we have also come a long way.
