Focusing on Ethics: Smartphones in the Classroom

The National Council for the Advancement of Educator Ethics and the NASDTEC Professional Education Committee presents the latest in its series of webinars on the ethical issues facing educators inside (and outside) the classroom. Nationally-recognized technology and privacy expert Frederick Lane ("Cybertraps for Educators," "American Privacy") offers a detailed and informative presentation focusing on the ethical challenges posed by one of today's most popular technologies: the smartphone. These powerful and sophisticated devices have invaded nearly every aspect of modern life.
