In this meditation we are tapping into the being mode by gently becoming aware how things are in the body. The being mode is a mode where we allow things to be as they are, we let go of striving and wanting things to be different. It is a relaxing and letting go. We end the meditation with a breathing space and tuning into our deepest longings and an intention for self-care.
