In 1985, he was the founder and CEO of the branding agency ‘The Leonhardt Group’, which employed over forty people and annually billed $10 million to clients including Nissan, Nordstrom, Charles Schwab, Electronic Arts, and Microsoft.
He’s also lectured at Seattle’s School of Visual Concepts, is a contributing writer for Fast Company, and now brings decades of experience in helping creatives win negotiations and be in control of their professional survival and creative happiness.
