Hogan ’refused’ to answer challenging questions - Carthy

The Sinn Fein MEP Matt Carthy is still insisting that Phil Hogan is the wrong person for the job of EU Agriculture Commissioner.  Mr Carthy challenged Mr Hogan during his hearing yesterday [Oct 2] before the European Parliament's Agriculture Committee. Those opposed to Mr Hogan's nomination are still demanding answers to outstanding queries such as his threatened legal action against the Independent MEP Nessa Childers and consultancy fees paid to Irish Water.
