163: The Journey of Cellular Healing to Heal Tumours & More w/Brandon Bays

If ever there was a full-circle, 360, “pinch me” moment, it was this one. When I was 18 and wheelchair-bound, unable to move from my couch until someone came in to feed me and take me to the toilet, one day, my mum’s friend volunteered, and brought with her a cassette tape with the Brandon Bays Healing Sands Meditation, and an intro to The Journey Method.

 

It was the first meditation I ever did, my first insight into what healing the whole self meant, and was the beginning of my journey, really. I’ve meditated every day since.
