When there are kids just off-camera during a Sunday morning interview, you really know you're dealing with a family owned and operated brewery! Jamie and Ben started Shillow Beer Co. as a contract brewery in Toronto in 2014 before opening a location in Ottawa in the summer of 2021. You may know them from their Beer Snob or Bitter Waitress that can be found in LCBOs.
