My guest today is Dr. Alan Lindemann. Dr. Lindemann is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist and began his career delivering babies over 45 years ago. And with that nearly half century of experience, he's here shares details on what can lead to better health outcomes, common issues, and conversations no one has with their doctors while pregnant.

Lots of great information for people who want to have kids, are curious about the process, are expecting especially, or maybe even those who've already been through it and want to reminisce on how they managed to do this despite a lack of information.
