Flossy The Boss is currently the CEO of What’s Good Entertainment (WGE), a Multimedia Platform that produces and distributes podcasts, currently promoting 'THE PRODCAST WITH PRODIGY', hosted by his teenage son.

Flossy also has a booking agency, Celebrity Vio Booking, that books major A-list artists for concerts and club events around the world. He is commonly known as THE PLUG. If you need an A List Artist, Comedian, Actor, Influencer, Ball Player for an endorsement, brand deal, feature, concert, etc. Flossy will make it happen.

Flossy was the former President of the Iconic West Record Label, Hoo Bangin Records with Mack 10. He is also the CEO/Owner of Streetlight Music LLC, one the top production companies in the US responsible for hits like “I Luv Cali” with Roscoe from the Dogg Pound, “Summernights” by Lil Rob, “Lean Like A Cholo”, & “Light My Fire” with Snoop just to mention a few. With over 25 years under his belt he is the man behind the scenes that has helped catapult the careers of some of the biggest entertainers in the business.

From developing artists, securing recording deals with major labels, brand deals, placing songs in TV/Film/video games, securing radio spins, internet marketing, touring, writing and producing hits to signing artists to his label, Flossy is no stranger to the hard work that it takes to break acts in the music industry. He has worked with acts like Cardi B, Bruno Mars, Dababy, Nick Diaz, Snoop Dogg, Lil Durk, Ryan Garcia, Adam22, 2-Chainz, Michael Blackson, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Donnie Wahlberg, Mack 10, Ray J, Kurupt, Kid Frost, DMX, Sean Kingston, Ja Rule, Baby Bash, YG, Vanilla Ice, NKOTB, Keke Palmer, Too Short, E40 and many others.

His past endeavors, Flossy had a joint venture with actor Donnie Wahlberg from The New Kids On The Block where he negotiated deals on the artists behalf and oversaw and developed all the new talent signed to the company. In addition, Flossy had the same relationship alongside the loveable Ray J and his label, Knockout Entertainment where Flossy negotiated the dealings on behalf of Ray J. In addition to helping artists for decades, Flossy published his newest work, 'The Industry Book of Music Contracts', to explain in plain language what signees or signers should be looking for when closing an industry deal.
